Flender has inaugurated a 13.5 MW wind turbine gearbox test rig at its Walajabad facility in India. It enhances the company’s manufacturing capabilities and is intended to support the growing wind energy sector in India and globally.
The test rig was developed with contributions from Flender teams in Germany, China, and India, and was commissioned in three months.
