FoundOcean launches remedial solution for cable protection systems
- Details
- Category: Product News
FoundOcean has launched a Cable Protection System (CPS) remedial stabilisation solution designed to help offshore wind operators address CPS instability and protect cable infrastructure over the remaining life of an asset.CPS instability can occur when systems are affected by inadequate support, design issues or early degradation. At the cable-to-foundation interface, waves, currents and hydrodynamic loading can contribute to movement of unsupported spans, increasing fatigue and the potential for more significant cable integrity issues.
