ABO Energy has agreed to sell its Argentine portfolio to the Novva Group. The portfolio comprises renewable energy projects in development with a combined capacity of 3.17 GW. The transaction is expected to be finalised through a share purchase agreement following a confirmatory due diligence process in the coming months.
Novva is a Singapore-registered platform specialising in data centres and renewable energy. Earlier this year, the company acquired solar projects in Colombia from ABO Energy with a combined capacity of approximately 40 MW.
