CNC Onsite, a Danish provider of wind-service machining, plans to open a US subsidiary in Houston, Texas. The company’s first international subsidiary will provide crane-free uptower repair services, including yaw ring and in-situ shaft repairs, directly to US wind farms.
The subsidiary will initially deploy technical specialists from Denmark while recruiting a local workforce of technical experts. The aim is to establish a permanent US-based service team. Over the past decade, the company has grown its workforce sixfold to more than 60 specialists.
