Gurit has announced that Dr Tobias Lührig has resigned as Chief Executive Officer to pursue new opportunities. By mutual agreement, he has stepped down from his operational duties with immediate effect.
The board of directors has appointed Viktor Bernhardt, currently Chief Financial Officer, as interim Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect, while he continues in his role as Chief Financial Officer. The company's operations, strategic direction and financial guidance remain unchanged.
