Prowind, based in Osnabrück, has placed two orders with Nordex in Germany. The orders comprise eight N175/6.X turbines with a combined capacity of 54.4 MW. The contracts include a 20-year service and maintenance agreement.
Nordex will supply six turbines for the Hogenset wind farm and two for the Füchtorf project. The Hogenset site is located in Lower Saxony, while the Füchtorf project spans Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. All turbines will be installed on hybrid towers with a hub height of 179 metres, with installation scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
