ABO Energy has agreed to sell its Polish and Hungarian subsidiaries to Greek utility PPC.
The transaction includes 38 ABO Energy employees in the two countries, a development pipeline with a total capacity of around 2 GW, five operational solar parks with a combined capacity of 82 MW and a 17 MW solar farm nearing completion.
The sale will not affect ABO Energy’s planned restructuring and financing process.
