RES has published its latest Power for Good report, covering its activities during the 2025 financial year across the 24 countries where it operates. The report highlights initiatives aimed at reducing household energy costs, supporting local organisations and working with communities near its renewable energy projects. RES has developed and constructed 29 GW of renewable energy projects and supports 45 GW of assets worldwide.

Its Local Electricity Discount Scheme (LEDS) has provided more than £9.3 million in bill discounts through over 46,500 payments across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In 2025, the scheme provided almost £1.9 million to more than 7,000 properties.

RES also expanded LEDS internationally in 2025, launching the scheme in Australia at the Moah Creek Wind Farm in Queensland. Eligible households within three kilometres of the project receive an annual discount of A$1,000.

The report also covers employee volunteering and community initiatives. In Sweden, RES's Powerbank model supported the restoration of a disused water canal for local fishing activities. In Mexico, 15 volunteers installed 60 solar-powered streetlights in the village of La Blanca. In Australia, the Tarong West Wind Farm project partnered with the South Burnett Pantry, which provided food relief to more than 15,000 people in 2025.

RES has also expanded its work with Indigenous communities. In Canada, it launched a four-year Reconciliation Action Plan in September 2025 alongside the 200 MW Bekevar Wind Project in Saskatchewan. The project secured 17% equity ownership for Cowessess Ventures, representing Cowessess First Nation. In Australia, RES launched its Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan in February 2025.
