Asset management group Babcock & Brown has announced it acquired seven Midwestern wind energy projects under various stages of development from Gamesa Energy USA LLC and a Gamesa subsidiary, Navitas Energy Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The seven projects, totaling more than 750MW are located across five states in the Midwest of the USA.
