Siris has reached an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Takkion, a provider of integrated services for the renewable energy sector. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to standard conditions.
Founded in 2019, Takkion offers services across the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, including operations, maintenance, repair, construction, transportation, and fixed-site logistics. The company employs around 2,000 people and serves a range of developers, utilities, and original equipment manufacturers. In 2025 the compnay generated approximately $600 million in revenue.
Siris plans to work with Takkion’s management to optimise operations, expand service offerings, and explore growth opportunities in wind, solar, battery, and transmission sectors.
