TotalEnergies is reorganising its power business in Germany and will bring its activities together under a new business unit, Integrated Power Germany. The unit will bring together QUADRA energy Sales & Origination, Kyon Energy and VSB, as well as TotalEnergies’ offshore wind activities in Germany.
Its activities will cover the development, construction and operation of wind and solar projects, utility-scale battery storage projects, direct marketing and aggregation of renewable power generation, and offshore wind projects in the North Sea and Baltic Sea.
Alexandre Duret-Proux has been appointed Managing Director of TotalEnergies Integrated Power Germany and will lead the new business unit.
TotalEnergies expanded its presence in the German power market through the acquisition of QUADRA energy in 2023, Kyon Energy in 2024 and VSB Group in 2025.
