Windcat has announced the names of the first three Commissioning Service Operation Vessels (CSOVs) in its Elevation Series: Windcat Rotterdam, Windcat Amsterdam and Windcat Haarlem. The names reflect Windcat’s origins and its connection to the Netherlands and maritime heritage.
These vessels mark the launch of the Elevation Series, a new class of offshore wind farm maintenance and support vessels developed in collaboration with Damen Shipyards and CMB.TECH. The first vessel in the series is expected to be delivered in summer 2025.
