SAB WindTeam has placed an order with Nordex for 13 N163/6.X turbines, with a combined capacity of 91 MW. The agreement includes a 20-year service contract. The turbines, each with a hub height of 164 metres, will be installed at the Fretzdorf site in Brandenburg, near Wittstock/Dosse, Germany.
Installation work is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026, with commissioning expected in spring 2027. SAB WindTeam is a medium-sized developer and operator of onshore wind farms.
