Vestas has announced two wind turbine orders in Italy, totalling 105 MW. SIMIC Group has ordered 10 V163-4.5 MW turbines, with a combined capacity of 45 MW, for the Castellani project. The order includes a 20-year service agreement. Delivery and commissioning are planned for the second half of 2027.
Vestas has also received a 60 MW order from an undisclosed customer for 10 V150-6.0 MW turbines. The order includes a 10-year service agreement. Delivery is planned for the second half of 2027, with commissioning scheduled for the first half of 2028.
