IHS Acquires Emerging Energy Research

IHS Inc. a global source of critical information and insight, has announced the acquisition of Emerging Energy Research, an advisory firm whose mission is to help clients understand, leverage and exploit the technological, regulatory and competitive trends in the global emerging energy sector. The purchase price is approximately US $ 18 million.
