The World Wind Energy Association (WWEA) Board has announced that the 23rd World Wind Energy Conference (WWEC2027) will be held in Oman. The event will be co-organised by Nama Power and Water Procurement and WWEA, with support from Oman’s Ministry of Energy and Minerals.
WWEC2027 will be the first edition of the conference to be held in the Gulf region. The event will focus on supporting Oman and neighbouring countries in developing wind energy and renewable energy-based economies, with the aim of contributing to regional economic development.
