Northern Offshore Services has launched M/V Embracer, a 36-metre catamaran crew transfer vessel for offshore wind operations and the latest in its E-Class series. The vessel is designed for hybrid and fully electric operation, allowing flexibility depending on operational requirements.
The hybrid system has been tested under real conditions to optimise battery performance and system integration. The layout and design also focus on crew and technician comfort during offshore work.
