Iberdrola has awarded Semco Maritime two three-year contracts for offshore maintenance services at its Baltic Hub. The contracts cover scheduled and unscheduled above-water maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment at two offshore substations. Extension options are included.
The Baltic Hub comprises the 350 MW Wikinger and 476 MW Baltic Eagle offshore wind farms, located near the island of Rügen in Germany’s exclusive economic zone in the Baltic Sea. Balance of plant service works will be planned and executed as a single, integrated project.
