Vestas has signed a set of onshore wind turbine orders totalling 183 MW with a single undisclosed customer in southern Europe, as part of its fourth quarter 2025 order intake. The projects are spread across Italy, Spain, Portugal and France.

The largest order covers 52 MW in Italy, comprising eight V162-6.5 MW turbines, with delivery expected in 2026. In Spain, Vestas will supply a combined 55 MW through two projects using V162-7.2 MW and V162-6.5 MW turbines, with delivery and commissioning planned for 2027.

In Portugal, the orders amount to 50 MW, including V162-6.5 MW and V136-4.5 MW turbine variants. Turbine delivery is scheduled for 2026 and 2027, with commissioning extending into 2027. The French order totals 25 MW and includes a mix of V117-4.2 MW and V136-4.2 MW turbines, with delivery expected in 2026 and commissioning in 2027.
