TotalEnergies acquires Shell's European renewables business

TotalEnergies has signed an agreement to acquire Shell's onshore renewables business in Europe. The transaction includes 500 MW of solar and wind assets in operation or under construction, mainly in Italy and the Netherlands, together with a 3.5 GW pipeline of solar, wind and battery storage projects in Italy, the United Kingdom and Spain.

We Energies has started construction of three energy projects in Wisconsin, comprising solar, wind and battery storage facilities. Together, the projects are expected to generate enough electricity to power around 100,000 homes and provide additional support to the grid during periods of peak demand.
Natural Power secures ground investigation contracts for Vattenfall wind projects in Scotland

Natural Power has secured contracts to provide ground investigation services for Vattenfall's proposed Ourack and Quantans Hill wind projects in Scotland. The contracts cover the proposed 100 MW Ourack Wind Farm and the 90 MW Quantans Hill Wind Farm. The ground investigation programme will support the design and development of both projects.
Vattenfall awarded two offshore wind projects in Danish tender

Vattenfall has been awarded the Hesselø and North Sea I Mid offshore wind projects in Denmark’s latest offshore wind tender. The Hesselø project is located in the Kattegat Sea between Denmark and Sweden, around 30 kilometres from the coast, and has a minimum installed capacity of 800 MW. The North Sea I Mid project is located in the North Sea, approximately 20 kilometres off the coast near Hvide Sande, with a minimum capacity of 1,000 MW.
GE Vernova receives 163.4 MW order for wind project in India

Installation of the first monopile marked the start of a key phase of offshore construction for Nordlicht I in early July.
