UK Government approves Rampion 2 Offshore Wind Farm

The UK Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, Ed Miliband MP, has granted a Development Consent Order (DCO) for the Rampion 2 Offshore Wind Farm, which is being developed off the coast of Sussex. The project, an extension of the existing Rampion Offshore Wind Farm, is being led by RWE on behalf of its joint venture partners.
Octopus acquires 10% stake in East Anglia One offshore wind farm

Octopus Energy Generation has acquired a 10% stake in the East Anglia One offshore wind farm. The 714 MW wind farm is located 43 kilometres off the Suffolk coast in eastern England and has been operational since 2021, comprising 102 wind turbines.
WestfalenWind orders 20 Enercon turbines for projects in North Rhine-Westphalia
