Onshore wind power producer Alterric has secured approvals for 178.66 MW across seven wind farm projects in the Federal Network Agency’s auction for onshore wind energy in Germany. Some of the awarded projects have been developed in collaboration with partners, and this marks an important step forward towards their implementation.

The approved bids cover planned wind farms in Bornheim-Sechtem (North Rhine-Westphalia), Bösingen-Herrenzimmern (Baden-Württemberg), Lichterfelde (Brandenburg), Hasenmoor (Schleswig-Holstein), the repowering project in Wolfhagen-Istha (Hesse), as well as the repowering project in Garnholt and the wind farm in Rastede-Liethe (Lower Saxony). Alterric partnered with REA, Naturwind, and BLG Projekt for the development of the projects.
