PNE and Enercon are developing the Beerfelde energy park in the Oder-Spree district of Germany. The project combines wind energy, battery storage and a dedicated substation in an integrated energy system.
PNE plans to construct a wind farm with a capacity of approximately 98 MW. It will be complemented by a green electricity storage system with an output of around 32 MW and storage capacity of around 70 MWh, as well as a dedicated substation.
Enercon will supply the wind turbines and battery storage system. Fourteen E-175 EP5 E2 wind turbines will be installed.
