Windar Photonics has conditionally appointed Tove Feld as senior independent director. Feld has more than 30 years of experience in the global energy and infrastructure sectors. She is a former senior executive at Ørsted, Siemens Gamesa and DNV and has worked on strategic transformation and innovation in renewable energy.
She currently serves on the boards of Stockholm Exergi Holding and TRIG, The Renewables Infrastructure Group. Feld holds a PhD in Engineering from Aalborg University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from IMD. Following her appointment, Feld will also chair the Remuneration Committee. The appointment is conditional on, and will take effect from, the admission of Windar Photonics’ new ordinary shares to trading on AIM as part of the proposed fundraising.
